Q: What are your minimum ordering quantities and how fast can I receive an order?

A: The minimum order quantity for a container from an existing mold traditionally ranges between 25,000 - 50,000 units. Most bottles are produced to order, but occasionally we have some in stock or have an upcoming production run and can deliver them quickly. Please ask a TricorBraun representative for more details relative to your specific needs.

Q: Are you a packaging designer, manufacturer or distributor?

A:  TricorBraun is a packaging innovator that specializes in both stock and custom designs.  We focus our attention and resources in designing new packages that are different in shape and design, which will help increase sales for our customers. We are also focused on working with our customers to develop custom designs based on their needs and desires. Additionally, in an effort to offer one stop shopping, we sell closures, pumps and sprayers to go with our containers and can assist with decorating capabilities.

Q: How can you be competitive if you are not the manufacturer?

A: Since we are not tied into a specific molding machine we are able to find the fastest, and most cost effective state of the art machine to run each part based on the molding process, package size, desired resin, and in some cases, geography.

Q: How can TricorBraun provide more options than other distributor vendors, and compete with my direct sources?

A: TricorBraun outsources the final manufacturing for a wide range of production processes (ie: IM, IBM, EBM, SBM, ETC.) while maintaining design, engineering and project management expertise. Our consolidated technical and creative capabilities, combined with our focused customer service, will provide aggressive competition with your other vendors.  We offer molds designed by TricorBraun for our extensive lines of stock bottles and closures, as well as custom packaging we have created for major players in the pharmaceutical and personal care industries. With competitive pricing structures and contract options backed by our strong financial position , TricorBraun is an attractive choice as a supplier.

MOLDS & DESIGNS

Q: What is a proprietary TricorBraun package?

A: Proprietary means that the container has mold exclusivity to TricorBraun.  We offer many proprietary package designs which are available in a variety of shapes, sizes, and neck finishes.

Q: What is a custom mold?

A: A custom mold means it is developed just for you as a customer. Some customers own their molds, but TricorBraun will consider absorbing the cost of the mold in exchange for a commitment.

Q: Can I get a stock package from TricorBraun, or do I have to use a proprietary/custom design?
